A Summer Night in 1966, Downtown Stockholm, Sweden

A summer night in 1966, while waiting for my girlfriend to finish the day at the Svanen pharmacy, I started to get worried. Since I knew that she was counting the day’s take at this time and a man was observing her from the entrance, I wondered if I should do something. While looking, I suddenly saw several dramatic little worlds whereever I looked. The man on the bus, the arguing couple, the gang of young men down the street making plans. I quickly captured the scene.
